Returns are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this refund transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Return and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
