Sales Associate // hourly position + ANTHOM merchandise discount
A Sales Associate is tasked with customer satisfaction + service, while maintaining the ideals and integrity of the ANTHOM brand.
Our ideal candidate //
Will have past retail experience + strong personal style consistent with ANTHOM's aesthetic. Will create a positive in-store experience for both our store team and our customers. In addition, he/she must have a thorough understanding of our place in the fashion retail industry as well as a familiarity with our merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a friendly customer-oriented sales environment where ethics and fair treatment are a priority
- Contribute to a positive work environment
- Be punctual, reliable, and honest with co-workers
- Maintain a personal image consistent with the asthetics and style principles at ANTHOM (a visual representation of ANTHOM)
- Help manage inventory and stock levels
- Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised based on ANTHOM guidelines
